Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our Pediatric PACU team at a top-ranked hospital in Washington D.C.
About the Role: As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the PreOp and PACU area designated for the pediatric population. You will work closely with Nursing Supervisors, Staff RNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Department operations and quality performance initiatives
- Staff education and development
- Department budget and financial management
- Regulatory readiness and compliance
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in pediatric nursing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
