We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Supervisor to work in our busy DC office located on K Street. The schedule is working Monday through Friday, day time hours, with occasional holidays and weekends. (2 holidays and 4 weekend days per year)

Salary Range - $90K - $120K

How You'll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for:

  • Helps to plan and organize Clinical Services responsibilities to increase staff efficiency and best utilize the staffs’ skills and abilities
  • Helps to set goals for Clinical Services staff and motivates staff to accomplish the goals
  • Coordinates the effective delivery of patient services by monitoring patient flow and program operations.
  • Assists with the training and orientation of staff.
  • Administers performance appraisal evaluations for clinical staff
  • Assists in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to clinical operations.
  • Assists primary nurses with coverage as needed and monitors workloads
  • Handles patient issues/complaints

What You'll Bring:

The skills and education we need are:

  • Fertility Experience is Required
  • Valid DC RN License or willing to obtain upon hire.
  • BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management required.
  • Minimum 2 years prior Supervisory/Management experience and demonstrated leadership qualities and activities required; 3-5 years preferred
  • Experience in women’s health required; Fertility experience preferred
  • Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
  • Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment.
