Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Clinical Nursing Supervisor to manage the adult medical oncology clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
The Clinical Nursing Supervisor is responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and assessing nursing care within their designated area.

This role ensures compliance with hospital policies and promotes the mission and vision of Johns Hopkins Medicine.

The Supervisor is accountable for the quality of patient care and the processes that facilitate ongoing performance enhancement.

Their responsibilities encompass clinical practice, staff training, ongoing education, management, and leadership, as well as providing consultation and support.

The Supervisor collaborates with administrative personnel, physicians, and other multidisciplinary team members to maintain open communication and effective processes for quality patient care and issue resolution.


Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the District of Columbia.
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
- At least three years of hospital nursing experience with proven leadership skills.
- Entry-level management experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with leadership principles and demonstrated competencies in the nursing field.
- Current CPR Certification is mandatory.

Salary Information:
Minimum $57.99 per hour - Maximum $89.88 per hour. Compensation will be based on equity and experience for similar roles.

Salary discussions will take place during candidate screening calls prior to any further compensation discussions with hiring authorities.
