Responsibilities - Desktop Support / IT Specialist:

  • Diagnose and solve dealership's technology problems
  • Deploy new PC equipment as needed
  • New user account creation
  • iPad Support and Deployment
  • Ensure IT systems are working properly
  • Configure, install, upgrade and support computer components and software
  • Administer network and data security, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc.
  • Create, analyze, report, convert, or transfer data, using specialized applications program software
  • Network trouble shooting, PC maintenance and repair
  • Printer support and maintenance
  • Phone System Support (RingCentral)
  • CRM (eLeads) and DMS (Reynolds and Tekion) Support


Requirements - Desktop Support / IT Specialist:

  • Desktop Support / IT experience is required
  • Dealership experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A good work ethic and motivated to succeed
  • Excellent customer service skills
