Automotive Service Liaison

Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to become part of our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers upon their arrival. The Service Lane Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that our clients feel welcomed and supported as they navigate the service department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and guide them to the appropriate dealership representative or waiting area.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant dealership personnel regarding customer arrivals and specific needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the service department to maintain the schedule of appointments.
  • Handle incoming service calls, assisting customers with scheduling and parts ordering.
  • Perform follow-up courtesy calls to service customers and document feedback in our CRM system (eLeads).
  • Update or input new customer information into the CRM as necessary.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a dealership setting is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening abilities with a focus on detail.
  • Friendly and positive attitude, with a passion for customer interaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment background checks, Motor Vehicle Records review, and drug screening.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
