Conicelli Autoplex, a reputable family-owned and operated dealership, is seeking a skilled Auto Collision Estimator to fill a key role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Break down estimates into labor and parts to ensure accurate time allowances for body shop technicians.
  • Follow up on parts department orders to guarantee parts availability.
  • Revise and approve time allowances for each job.
  • Assist with quality checks of completed jobs.
  • Prepare final billing for completed repair orders.
  • Aid in daily shop activities, including communication with technicians, painters, and other departments.
  • Estimate writing, repair selling, job scheduling, completion date notification, repair order billing, filing, problem solving, and follow-up.
  • Quality Control maintenance and continual education in the Body Shop Industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Pennsylvania appraiser's license.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to interpret vendor catalogs.
  • Maintain all O.E.M Manufacturer, ICAR Training.
  • Two years of Body Shop Experience or Collision Tech School Training a Plus.
  • Positive attitude.
Working Conditions:

This is a physically demanding position. You will stand for six to eight hours per shift, lift parts and supplies weighing up to 100 pounds, and be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, paint, exhaust & paint fumes, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
