Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with tracking orders, locating parts, navigating our website, and managing returns or exchanges.
- Address inquiries regarding online accounts, including billing, shipping, and our loyalty program.
- Respond promptly to customer communications via phone, email, or written correspondence.
- Engage with customers through Live Chat and SMS, offering support with parts inquiries, pricing, order tracking, and warranty assistance.
- Monitor online transactions for potential fraud and take necessary actions to prevent losses.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in using online applications and various digital platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
