About the Role:
- We are seeking a Production Support specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will focus on learning application functionality, understanding system flows and dependencies, monitoring file feeds, and maintaining support documentation.
- This role will also involve handling incident and problem tickets, running incident triage calls, cross-training teammates, and supporting other Cards applications.
- The position will require participation in an on-call rotation.
- Learn application functionality, with a focus on vendor applications
- Understand system flows and dependencies
- Monitor and alert on file feeds
- Maintain support documentation
- Document incident engagement process
- Handle Remedy incident and problem tickets
- Run incident triage calls
