About the Role:
We are looking for an Internal Employee Technology Support specialist to provide support to our global user-base. This role involves basic troubleshooting of Microsoft applications and proprietary systems via phone. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Microsoft Office application suite and excellent customer service skills. In-house training will be provided. Technologies may include Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide internal employee technology support for a global user-base
- Troubleshoot Microsoft applications and proprietary systems via phone
- Utilize resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents
- Meet or exceed performance targets and goals related to call handling and customer service
Education Qualification:
- Technical knowledge of iOS and Windows
- Mobile - iOS experience
- Windows experience
Required Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office application suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems
Desired Skills:
