If you want to work making positive changes in the community the Montana Department of Corrections is the place for you *JOB OVERVIEW The contracts and procurement unit, is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, innovative thinking, results driven, dynamic team player to join our team. Under the direction of the Contract and Procurement Manager, the incumbent manages contract and procurement operations for the department. This position oversees the procurement of: * Complex acquisition utilizing RFP's, IFB, and limited solicitations, * IT procurement requests, * Procurement Cards, * Contract management, * Contract reporting, * Market research * Special projects and * Identifying Federal and State rules and regulations, State procurement statutes, rules, and policies, and to ensure department compliance.
