Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced Help Desk Supervisor to supervise day-to-day help desk operations for one of the Federal Government Agencies. As a member of our team, you will help to assist this highly visible contract in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow and communications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day help desk operations, ensuring all incidents and requests are handled efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of service desk policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
  • Provide mentorship and support to help desk staff and escalate critical issues to the Help Desk Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience supervising help desk or technical support teams.
  • Strong understanding of IT support processes and tools, including ticketing systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Desired Qualifications
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience managing help desk support in secure, classified environments.
Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • TS/SCI required but will consider a Secret clearance and will upgrade to Top Secret with SCI access.
