Job Summary:

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support the front desk team, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure that guest needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
  • Revenue Management: Work closely with the revenue management team to maximize room revenue and occupancy, ensuring that all rooms are sold at the best possible rate.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with a strong background in customer service and front desk operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
