With your extensive management experience, you'll play a critical role in a Buffalo-based law firm overseeing facilities, records, real estate, and procurement including oversight of employees, contractors, and outsourced positions.

Reporting to the COO, you'll work on important projects and change initiatives, while working collaboratively with key team members and the management team.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll oversee operations for 8 offices across the East Coast including managing personnel, records, and various back-office functions. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managed service vendor relationships firm-wide.

You will be heavily involved in changes in office locations, lease renewals, or changes in space needs including managing relationships with any third parties involved in these projects including architect or design professionals.

Lead the oversight and management of service vendors under contract including property management, office supplies, maintenance, records management, utilities, consultants, insurance brokers, etc.

Partnering closely with the COO, you'll play a key role in projects to increase firm efficiency including workflow changes, process improvements, policy changes, political changes, etc.

Work closely with executive leadership to position the firm to meet the growth goal of increasing firm size by 20% in the next 2-3 years.

You'll be tasked with meeting budgets in the areas of responsibility of this position.

What You'll Need for Success:
  • 15+ years of management experience, including managing many employees.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Masters degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of organizational workflow, processes, change management, and project management
  • Ability to commute to Buffalo office 5 days per week.


The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
