Financial Management:
- Administer payroll processes and perform bank reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Maintain comprehensive fiscal records and ensure compliance with funding agency requirements.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Accountant to formulate and manage organizational budgets.
- Act as the primary contact for all program funding agencies regarding routine financial inquiries.
- Authorize expenditures, prepare payment checks, and manage cash transactions.
- Generate invoices for program services rendered.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and benefits information.
- Coordinate vendor relationships related to employee health benefits.
- Track and report on staff paid time off (PTO) monthly to both employees and the Executive Director.
- Oversee daily office operations, procure program supplies, and provide administrative assistance to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain databases for tracking monthly statistics, donor information, and mailings.
- Manage office inventory effectively.
- Assist in organizing agency events and activities.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with at least 1 year of proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting, or an Associate's Degree in Business Administration with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Certification in Office Management with 3 years of applicable experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including a 403 B Pension Plan, Health and Dental Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, and Paid Time Off. Salary range is $39,000 to $44,000.
