We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent computer literacy, strong customer service skills, detail oriented and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As the first point of contact you will be interacting with our customers and coordinating with many of the team members.
Duties
- Manage and maintain the front desk, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to emails and messages from customers
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist the property managers, leasing agent, and director of operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Handle confidential information and maintain a high level of discretion.
- Utilize computer software to automate administrative tasks and streamline office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and ability to learn new software quickly. "Tech Savvy"
- Excellent computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with administrative and customer support roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
