The Patient Care Coordinator provides a variety of receptionist and skilled clerical duties in support of the Outpatient Therapy services. This position is responsible for scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation and coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care. Position performs prior authorizations when necessary. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of Providence St. Peter Hospital.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 year Customer service related experience
