Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process and manage patient referrals in a call center setting.
  • Accurately input patient demographic and insurance details into the EPIC system.
  • Schedule appointments based on referral information provided.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the processing and management of referrals.
  • Track and process patient referrals to ensure timely appointment scheduling with specialists or other healthcare services.
  • Verify insurance coverage and secure necessary pre-authorizations or pre-certifications for referred services.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with the EPIC system is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in referral management is required.
  • Healthcare experience along with strong customer service skills is essential.
  • This role is ideal for candidates looking for a position without direct patient interaction.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare field is required.

Work Schedule:
  • Day Shift
  • 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 5x8 Schedule
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday

Compensation:
$24.00 per hour

Experience Requirement:
