Culinary Service Specialist

Position Overview
The Culinary Service Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service within the dining and nourishment sectors. This role involves managing food in accordance with HACCP standards while ensuring compliance with the essential benchmarks for a high-quality food service operation. The specialist is responsible for adhering to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines, ensuring the accuracy of all meal orders, maintaining inventory levels, procuring supplies, and rotating stock to guarantee optimal freshness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and act as a liaison between customers and various departments.
- Consult on performance and contribute to the development of job descriptions for evening shifts.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- National Food Handler Card required upon hire.
- Preferred: At least three months of experience in food service.
