RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and promoting our staffing services to them.
  • Manage and grow relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Act as a liaison between clients,candidates and recruiters.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets by effectively managing client accounts and expanding our client base.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our services.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience in business development and account management preferably within the staffing industry or automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
