- Identify needs of our business partners and development of appropriate sales concepts based on our existing product portfolio and new developments
- Maintain a positive working relationship with key customers in the various industries
- Liaise and assist our customers by providing all information and know-how needed to specify our technology and sales offers
- Recognize new, customer- or market specific requirements for the further development of equipmet, technologies and opportunities based on our existing product program in connection with our product management and R&D department
- Support projects and business partners in the USA in the industry and research centers from initial contact to business conclusion
- Systematic expansion of your sales network and customer base through regular customer visits as well as participation in conferences, trade fairs, etc.
- Master's degree (physics/electrical/process engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or comparable education with multiple years of professional experience
- Very good technical understanding, in-depth knowledge and experience in the fields of mechanical engineering, vacuum coating technology or solar cell technology
- Several years of successful experience in the sale of capital goods that require in-depth technical explanations as well as strong customer orientation
- Committed and team-oriented personality with intercultural competence, strong communication skills and openness to new ideas
