Position Overview

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process. This position demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with our national sales team and manage business relationships with distribution partners to promote and grow the handheld gauge product lines.
  • Provide product training, oversee pricing, and introduce new programs that increase revenue stream from the distributor channels
  • Coordinate and manage the opportunity pipelines and provide the monthly handheld sales forecast to the Director of Sales.
  • Present sales quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, including tracking sales activities and managing sales orders.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop new brochures and marketing materials
  • Coordinate sales campaigns and promotions, tracking performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support regarding product specifications and applications.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales coordinator skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials, Quality, Metrology, or Mechanical engineering preferred. High levels of relevant experience will also be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience with test and measurement instrumentation.
  • Knowledge of coatings, electroplating, or anodizing a plus
  • Proven experience in B2B selling, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to travel up to 40%, within the Northeast sales territory, including overnights. Periodic travel within the US and Canada is also required.
  • Candidates must currently possess the legal right to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. This includes U.S. citizenship, permanent residency (Green Card), or valid work authorization.
