Manufacturing Engineering Technical Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Manager to lead our manufacturing engineering team in delivering scalable solutions to our clients. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our engineers, ensuring the successful execution of projects and campaigns.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with experience in process improvement and design change recommendations. You will work closely with our delivery and sales teams to develop and implement campaign initiatives, and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and deliverability of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing engineers
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
- Support campaign initiatives and project execution
- Ensure quality and deliverability of services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Preferred
- 8+ years of previous experience in manufacturing
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Good knowledge of various manufacturing processes within aerospace domain
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Certification (i.e. Blackbelt certification and /or Lean Expert certification, ASQ-CQE/CQA, CPIM, CSCP, PMP)
- Program or project management experience
- Demonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business results
Location: Windsor, CT
Travel: up to 25%, as needed to remote office and customer locations
