Job Description

TERRITORY: New England territory: ME, VT, NH, MA and RI.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB ACTIVITIES:

1. Develop and maintain a strong and loyal distributor network and customer base to achieve broad distribution of Bell professional product lines.

2. Conduct regular customer visits throughout the entire territory, arranging 4-6 visits per day with distributors, PMPs, and municipalities.

3. Introduce new products to pest control distributors and operators, providing them with the necessary information and support.

4. Offer technical training to distributor sales representatives and pest control operators, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use our products.

5. Collaborate with pest management professionals on field work inspections for problem accounts, providing expert guidance and support.

6. Deliver presentations at association meetings, conferences, and distributor events, showcasing our products and services.

7. Attend industry and distributor trade shows, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.

8. Develop and implement an annual business plan, setting goals and objectives for the territory.

9. Maintain regular communication with the supervisor, keeping them informed of progress and any challenges.

10. Travel throughout the territory in an efficient and cost-effective manner, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing.

EXPERIENCE: Sales experience selling to an established distribution network is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Excellent communication skills and follow-through.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Computer literacy with solid skills in PowerPoint/Keynote and customer database management system.

Public speaking ability.

Valid driver's license and good driving record.

2-3 days of travel per week is required.

EQUIPMENT OPERATED: Computer with various software programs and standard office equipment. Company Vehicle.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Hand-eye coordination for typing.
