Summary :

Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Manages, executes, and reports on sales pipeline from prospecting to closed/won accounts to provide visibility of sales activities at ThedaCare.
  • Leads customers through the discovery process to uncover areas of need that lead to new business and revenue for not only ThedaCare At Work, but for the rest of ThedaCare.
  • Creates and gains value propositions for new customer opportunities to communicate the value of ThedaCare At Work services.
  • Serves as a liaison between ThedaCare and our customers to provide a point of contact for our customers and to build a strong partnership.
  • Presents monthly/quarterly/annual reports to customers to gain understanding of the outcomes of ThedaCare At Work services and create additional opportunities.
  • Leads cross functional teams through solution design around the customer's needs to ensure proposed services can be operationalized.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of outside business-to-business sales experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance
  • Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Use of computers throughout the work day
  • Frequent use of keyboard with repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and fingers
  • Travel to customer locations
