Job Description

Brandt is currently looking to fill Territory Manager - Trailer positions for the Denver, Colorado area.

Reporting to the US Sales Director Trailers , the Territory Manager - Trailers is responsible for achieving sales budget in the assigned product lines, and for supporting the product-line success of an assigned team of territory managers and dealers.

The Territory Manager will create and expand relationships with existing and new customers/dealers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow one or more assigned product lines. This position will lead the launch of new assigned products in a defined geographical area. In collaboration with the field sales team and dealers the specialist will assist and train on qualified opportunities for both customer sales and dealer development.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supports the success of an assigned team of territory managers and dealers.
  • Help launch and build a dealer network for Brandt's lineup of utility trailers.
  • Coordinate sales through Brandt's heavy haul trailer dealer network where there is a good fit for that market
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
  • Provides coaching, training, and professional development to territory managers in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key producers.

Required Skills
  • Background in trailer, construction or heavy truck sales experience
  • Degree or diploma in Business considered a strong asset
  • The ability to perform to the highest degree energy with minimal supervision
