The Role:

The Marketing Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans that enhance the brand's image, drive growth, and increase brand awareness. Their primary objective is to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate leads or sales. Their creative mindset, strong leadership skills, and passion for brand development will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our marketing campaigns and overall brand strategy. The Marketing Brand Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams and reports to the VP of Operations.

The various companies provide property management, development, and construction services, general self-storage consulting and insurance products. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and other advertising platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and drive desired outcomes.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and make informed decisions on product positioning and brand messaging.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring all communications, marketing materials, and promotions adhere to the brand guidelines. Be the brand's ambassador internally and externally, safeguarding its image and integrity.
  • Coordinate with Asset Management team on ordering and designing signage and branded items for MISS facilities.
  • Coordinate with the PR firm to formulate press releases and other publications to ensure consistent verbiage and company messaging.
  • Create and optimize website content to improve rankings. Manage the relationship between IRE and the website platform company, providing them guidance along with holding them accountable to our needs.
  • Handle the digital transition for all new assets in the MISS portfolio.
  • Assist the Acquisitions team in formulating and editing narratives for various memorandums.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring they are aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
  • Utilize social media platforms and digital advertising to engage with potential customers and increase brand visibility.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives to drive lead generation and enhance brand reputation.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and agencies for event coordination and sponsorships.
  • Assist in creating and managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all marketing activities.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends to management.
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate and maintain the apparel ordering process throughout IRE and the MISS portfolio.
  • Other tasks as requested.
Requirements

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Brand Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, messaging, and lead generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and experiment with new marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Duties performed in a standard, indoor office environment.
  • Be stationary for prolonged periods of time.
  • Stooping, bending, twisting, reaching and repetitive motion may be required in completion of job duties.
  • Must be able to lift 10+ pounds.?
