Job Description:

Our client is adding to its accomplished team of professional sales associates. Our client's proven record of success in helping customers has led to an increase in demand for Training and Coaching services. To fulfill this demand, we seek a sales professional to prospect, qualify, close, and deliver new training business.

Responsibilities:

  • 100% emphasis on engaging new client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and team-building skills and techniques are required
  • Lead generation through various activities
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base = $50k-$60k
  • Commission = 10-25% depending on net new/existing business revenue
  • Uncapped commission
  • Projected Year 1 Earnings =$85k - $100k
  • Projected Year 2 Earnings = $150k
  • 401k: eligible after 1 year of employment
