Job Title: Business Development Manager-Laser Markings

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Management Business Solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, designing and executing business strategies to build a network of high-value automotive industry targets, and closing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development of business and growth objectives; work to support and exceed those objectives.
  • Track industry market data, including but not limited to: market development, projects, competitive activity, customer data, etc.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Work with key account decision makers to expand the company footprint across multiple plant locations and secure strategic supplier status.
  • Coordinate internal efforts to support your sales strategy.
  • Participate in the creation, execution, and on-going improvement of business proposals.
  • Ensure that projects are meeting client's needs, concerns, and objectives while maintaining company profitability.
  • Assess wins and losses to impact future project strategies.
  • Leverage experience and expertise in the medical industry to target new major accounts.
  • Travel to potential customer sites to conduct demos, application review, and post-sales support/relationship nurturing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive sales and business development experience.
  • A valid driver's license, as employee will be required to travel frequently.
  • May be required to participate in safety training and/or certifications provided by the Company or customers.
Preferred Experience:
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce; General understanding of laser marking equipment and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
