We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Family Medicine physician to join our ACGME accredited family medicine residency program as a Faculty Member. This is a 100% outpatient role that offers a unique opportunity to engage in both patient care and medical education within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality, comprehensive care to your own patient panel in an outpatient setting.
  • Teaching and Mentorship: Supervising 18 categorical Family medicine residents and medical students, supporting their clinical and professional development.
  • Educational Leadership: Conduct didactic sessions, participate in residency educational activities, and contribute to biannual clinical competency evaluations.
  • Quality Improvement: Lead and participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and practice efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine.
  • Valid Pennsylvania state medical license and DEA registration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.

The Bryn Mawr Family Practice Residency Program was established in 1975 and has over three decades of experience training doctors. We are located in the beautiful western suburbs of Philadelphia known as the "Main Line" - a suburban corridor of thriving communities. This area offers wonderful cultural opportunities and top ranked public and private schools and is less than 30 minutes to historic Philadelphia and is a short driving distance to the beach, the mountains, New York City and Washington, DC.
