We are in search of a committed and enthusiastic Family Medicine physician to become a part of our ACGME accredited family medicine residency program as a Faculty Member. This position is entirely outpatient, providing a distinctive opportunity to engage in both patient care and medical education within a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care: Deliver exceptional, comprehensive care to your own patient panel in an outpatient environment.
- Education and Mentorship: Oversee 18 categorical Family Medicine residents and medical students, fostering their clinical and professional growth.
- Leadership in Education: Facilitate didactic sessions, engage in residency educational activities, and contribute to biannual evaluations of clinical competencies.
- Quality Enhancement: Spearhead and engage in initiatives focused on improving patient care and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine.
- Valid medical license and DEA registration in Pennsylvania.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Dedication to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.
