RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The candidate must have a strong understanding (experience) of developing and managing metric orientated IT processes and the ability to measure, analyze, improve and control the process after the initial implementation. Furthermore, the candidate should have knowledge in root cause analysis and the ability to select appropriate metrics for a particular process.
• The candidate must have previous experience handling day-to-day matters pertaining to IT Operations in the telecommunication industry and some knowledge of telecommunications processes and their functions.
• Must have previous experience working on large projects
• Manufacturing IT sites and have the ability to learn techniques and acquire knowledge in a short period of time.
• The candidate must be able to work closely with internal project managers and engineering managers, the customer and ASPs and the ability to lead a team focused on success.
• Strong IT skills a must- Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
• Understanding of Linux, Windows OS is a plus
