Responsibilities:
  • The candidate must have a strong understanding (experience) of developing and managing metric orientated IT processes and the ability to measure, analyze, improve and control the process after the initial implementation. Furthermore, the candidate should have knowledge in root cause analysis and the ability to select appropriate metrics for a particular process. The candidate must have previous experience handling day-to-day matters pertaining to IT Operations in the telecommunication industry and some knowledge of telecommunications processes and their functions. Must have previous experience working on large projects ? Manufacturing IT sites and have the ability to learn techniques and acquire knowledge in a short period of time. The candidate must be able to work closely with internal project managers and engineering managers, the customer and ASPs and the ability to lead a team focused on success.
PREREQUISITE REQUIRED TRAINING/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Supplier is responsible for ensuring that Personnel have the necessary qualifications and certifications required to perform the Work described herein prior to beginning Work, including Ergonomics and any refresher training required to maintain such certifications. Supplier is responsible for tracking and will pay for forty (40) hours of training required for the Work per 12-month period including training fees, all training time, and any travel expenses and compensable travel time required to attend training. will be responsible for time attending required weekly safety shorts and any additional training that is required for the Work and approved in advance by the Resource Manager.?
