We are working with a small business in the Clearwater area looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience working with clients.

This is a temp to hire, first shift opportunity.

The right person for this role will have experience handling:

- Client questions, order processing, and inputting data to excel and some experience with adobe is strongly preferred.
- Will also help with the help with the production team to finalize projects like placing printed items in binders, or working with three hole punches.
- Answering phones
- Creating print files for the production team

Skills Needed:
- Excellent general computer skills, able to utilize all Microsoft Office software and Adobe
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational abilities
- Enjoys customer interaction
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00
