The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect - Federal is responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process, understanding the client's needs and challenges, and developing comprehensive solutions that address those requirements using our services to align with Department of Defense (DoD) objectives. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the DoD, including technical decision-makers and influencers. Act as a trusted advisor to defense clients, understanding their long-term goals and contributing to strategic discussions. Work closely with Trek10s marketing team to support the technical development of marketing content and go-to-market strategies. Client Engagement: Collaborate with the Trek10 business development team and delivery leaders to engage with DoD clients, understanding their mission objectives and technical requirements. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify challenges and opportunities within the defense sector. Identify quantitative or qualitative KPI to measure impact and outcomes. Solution Development: Design and present innovative, tailored solutions that address the specific needs of defense clients. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to customize and enhance existing products to meet defense requirements. Support the productization of Trek10s top engagements. Develop a working knowledge of licensing and IP rules for Trek10s capabilities, products, and solutions. Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services based on client needs and pain points. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our business within existing/future contracts. Technical Expertise: Become a technical expert on Trek10s capabilities and engagement methods. Stay abreast of the latest technologies, trends, and best practices within the defense sector. Provide expert guidance on technology selection, integration, and implementation. Proposal Support: Assist the capture management team in the preparation of technical proposals, ensuring alignment with the DoD's procurement processes and specifications. Work with the Trek10 business development team and delivery leaders to build Statements of Work (SOW) by breaking an engagement down into outcomes, milestones, and defining assumptions, risks, deliverables, and success criteria. Produce supporting artifacts such as architecture diagrams, cost projections, and graphs to drive alignment, understanding, and deals.
