YOUR ROLE
We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Route Representative. The ideal candidate will possess a clean driving record and must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Additionally, the ability to lift over fifty pounds is essential. Experience in customer relations is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create and fulfill customer order pull lists for delivery.
2. Accurately count and return items from customers to the warehouse.
3. Monitor mobile inventory levels and communicate any shortages or concerns to management.
4. Operate machinery, including forklifts and delivery vehicles.
5. Establish a weekly delivery schedule based on input from sales representatives.
6. Maintain strong business relationships with customers.
7. Promote sales of consumables and equipment, generating leads for the sales team.
8. Adhere to all bio-security policies for customers.
9. Ensure the delivery vehicle is well-maintained and visually appealing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Agriculture experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
The physical demands of this position require the ability to climb stairs, stand, walk, sit, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, load, drive, and communicate effectively.
