What You'll Do:
- Get to know the local market and discover new business opportunities across all product lines.
- Help our agency grow by using your consultative selling skills to connect with new customers and meet their insurance needs.
- Work closely with our team to offer additional coverage options to our existing customers.
- Be proactive in finding new business through various channels like networking events, social media, and personal connections.
- Take charge of securing new business by preparing quotes, delivering presentations, and closing sales with confidence.
- You should either have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license within your first 30 days with us.
- Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience in self-sourced sales (not relying on leads) with a proven track record of at least 40 transactions in the last 24 months.
- Youre organized, independent, and able to prioritize your work effectively.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but an Associate's Degree is preferred.
- Experience in sales and customer service is a must.
- You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and other digital tools like smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
