The Role and What You'll Do:
The Senior Director of B2B Marketing will lead the strategic planning and execution of B2B marketing initiatives for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program. This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with extensive experience in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and a passion for soccer. The Senior Director will drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at attracting and retaining corporate clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to promote the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program to corporate clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Lead the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging multiple channels including email, digital advertising, content marketing, events, and direct sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, sponsors, agencies, and internal teams.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition of the hospitality program.
- Utilize data analytics and market research to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and drive lead generation and conversion.
- Manage the B2B marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving a high ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing B2B marketing team.
- Represent the B2B marketing function in cross-departmental meetings and contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the hospitality program.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously enhance marketing efforts.
You Have These:
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the sports, hospitality, or events industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience working on large-scale sporting events or global marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and lead nurturing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with data analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup.

Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$131,250 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$175,000 annually
