Job Title: Senior Director of Marketing and Communications

Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC) is seeking a seasoned marketing and communications professional to join our team as a Senior Director of Marketing and Communications. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our strategic goals and target markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance market positioning and recognition.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify and segment target audiences, and develop tailored marketing initiatives to address their unique needs and pain points.
  • Design and implement campaigns to attract and convert potential clients, focusing on PCDC's target markets and audiences.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging opportunities for our target audiences.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of website and digital content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing and communications initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the workforce.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on health care, financing, impact investing, and/or consulting industries.
  • Proven history of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive lead generation, conversions, and business growth.
  • Excellent writing skills, including proficiency in preparing information for diverse audiences and purposes.
  • Deep understanding of market segmentation, audience identification, and SEO best practices.
  • Creativity in storytelling from both a narrative and visual perspective in support of PCDC's business priorities.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $175K-190K.
