Senior Director, Global B2B Growth Strategist

As a Senior Director of B2B Growth, you will play a critical role in driving high-velocity SMB and Enterprise payments acquisition and lead generation across all paid channels. You will oversee all global growth, with an emphasis on paid media, SEO, and lead generation marketing strategies aimed at acquiring and converting SMB and Enterprise leads at scale.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive paid acquisition activities, including paid media, SEO, and email campaigns, to generate high-quality SMB leads and achieve pipeline goals.
- Continuously refine and optimize paid channel strategies to maximize ROI and meet aggressive growth targets.
- Lead a high-performing team focused on SMB lead generation and paid acquisition efforts.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve the effectiveness of paid acquisition campaigns.
You are a strategic and data-driven leader with a passion for driving SMB lead generation and acquisition through paid channels. You excel at building high-performing teams and achieving measurable outcomes.
Experience in leading teams focused on paid acquisition and lead generation is essential. Skilled at driving SMB lead generation and acquisition agendas and achieving cross-functional alignment. Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other Martech tools used for paid acquisition is required.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in demand generation and paid acquisition, including 5+ years in a senior role at a B2B SaaS or high-tech company.
- Proven expertise in paid acquisition strategies and a growth-focused mindset.
- Sharp analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable insights.
- Exceptional team management and coaching abilities.
