The Advertising Specialist is responsible for supporting the Advertising Senior Manager with the flawless planning and execution of Red Bull Advertising Campaigns. You will be responsible for developing inspiring and engaging advertising campaigns to amplify the World of Red Bull and build brand relevance with the next generation of consumers. The Specialist must be a strategic thinker with an innate ability to connect with consumers via Advertising and exhibit strong organizational & project management skills. You will support in the planning and execution of integrated campaigns intended to drive both Brand and Can love. This person must have an appreciation for the brand's history, a desire to drive it forward, and a passion to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT

Successfully project manage key Advertising Campaigns, ensuring all programs are executed as planned, on time and on budget

Assist in the launch, maintenance and wrap-up of campaigns

Responsible for creating, maintaining and managing the overall campaign lifecycle timeline, including 3rd party timelines (i.e.: agencies)

Responsible for developing comprehensive campaign briefs for Advertising campaigns, ensuring the campaign stays true to the strategy throughout the lifecycle

Collect audience data, consumer insights & activation details as well as past campaign learnings and best practices to augment briefs

Support in ideation of building annual Advertising Business Plan

Work closely with the Media Team to constantly monitor and optimize campaign performance

Support in developing and lead the sharing of campaign reports that highlight performance, learnings and best practices

Assist in the launch and wrap-up of creative-specific Brand Studies, ensuring growth and evolution amongst key campaigns

Responsible for ensuring specific data integration and compliance applicable to campaigns

CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT

Responsible for developing and/or sourcing all creative needed to launch campaign on time and on strategy

Lead the creative development processes across Social, WebTV, Digital Display, SEM, TV, OOH and Radio advertising

Ensure creative meets brand standards

Vet all creative through mandatory legal process for proper ATL clearance purposes

QA/Proofread all assets

Planning and execution lead POC for all creative agency partners

Drive creative review & approval processes, from concepting, through to production, trafficking and launch

Guide and inspire the creative development process, by identifying gaps and opportunities within our existing efforts and assessing/highlighting creative examples to constantly enhance our consumer-facing communications

Ensure thorough and accurate budget management & tracking for concepting and production

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Facilitate ongoing collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders throughout campaign process: Brief, Creative, Launch, Optimization, Results & Key Learnings

Source creative inputs from cross-departmental stakeholders, as appropriate: Brand, Sports, Culture, Media House

Maintain a collaborative and professional relationship with all Agency partners

FUTURE THINKING

Constantly monitor industry trends and competitive activity to ensure we stay at the forefront and can apply innovative thinking to our own campaigns

Continually push for innovation from agencies focusing on emerging technology, new creative formats and beta opportunities

Qualifications

2+ years experience

Bachelor's Degree required

Robust analytical capabilities with an emphasis on understanding the emerging digital landscapes

Sound strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to anticipate trends and turn insights into action

Vital planning, prioritization, and project management competencies

An entrepreneurial 'can-do' attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate best practices

Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Creative thinker and innovator

Ability to meet strict and demanding deadlines

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $76,095 to $84,104 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
