Job Summary:

The Advertising Specialist is a key member of the Red Bull North America team, responsible for supporting the Advertising Senior Manager in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to connect with consumers through advertising and exhibit excellent organizational and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inspiring and engaging advertising campaigns to amplify the Red Bull brand and build brand relevance with the next generation of consumers.
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns to drive both brand and can love.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Conduct robust analysis of emerging digital landscapes to inform advertising strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in advertising or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Robust analytical capabilities with an emphasis on understanding emerging digital landscapes.
  • Sound strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to anticipate trends and turn insights into action.
  • Vital planning, prioritization, and project management competencies.
  • An entrepreneurial 'can-do' attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Creative thinker and innovator.
  • Ability to meet strict and demanding deadlines.
