Team Overview
The Ad Operations team is pivotal in executing Roku's monetization strategy. This group ensures the seamless operation of our Direct IO and Programmatic advertising initiatives, managing everything from campaign bookings to creative quality assurance.

Role Summary
As an Advertising Operations Associate, you will collaborate closely with Client Services, Inventory Management, and Product teams to ensure the success of every advertising campaign. This role demands a results-driven mindset, focusing on achieving key objectives and recognizing when adjustments are necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize third-party tools to verify that creatives meet our advertising specifications.
- Schedule and manage both direct-sold and programmatic campaigns within Roku's first-party and third-party ad servers.
- Validate and monitor Nielsen Digital Ad Ratings data to ensure accurate audience targeting.
- Generate comprehensive reports to assist Senior Ad Operations Associates and Account Managers in making strategic optimization decisions.
- Delegate tasks to the outsourced trafficking team, ensuring high standards of execution.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth for Roku.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in digital ad operations or quality assurance, preferably within a publishing, ad tech, agency, or ad network environment. Familiarity with OTT advertising is advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.
  • A deadline-driven and process-oriented approach.
  • Experience in display and video advertising with a premium publisher or agency.
  • Knowledge of IAB VAST and experience with GAM.
  • Hands-on experience with Direct IO and Programmatic campaigns.
