Insight Global, a prominent player in the health care sector, is seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator/Project Coordinator to enhance our Marketing team.

This role is pivotal as it supports a dynamic team focused on advancing our lead generation and revenue strategies.

A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, balancing daily operational responsibilities with optimization initiatives and sales assistance. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to oversee partnerships and ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations for the marketing team by designing and refining acquisition funnels.
  • Assist the team in maintaining campaigns and monitoring their performance.
  • Create and implement test plans for acquisition and revenue initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing on advertising creatives, landing pages, and ROI strategies.
  • Define and monitor metrics to conduct thorough analyses of campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Manufacturing Solutions Team to align partner objectives with business KPIs.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in digital marketing as an Operations or Project Coordinator.
  • Background in a digital advertising agency or a strong foundation in digital marketing.
  • Detail-oriented and organized self-starter with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in managing or supporting digital marketing campaigns focused on performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in performance-driven environments.
  • Proven success in team support and ownership of new responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulation for trend analysis.
  • Familiarity with Lookr.
  • Adaptable self-starter with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
