Team Overview
The Ad Operations team is integral to the success of Roku's monetization initiatives. This team ensures the flawless execution of our Direct IO and Programmatic advertising strategies.

Role Responsibilities
As an Ad Operations Associate, you will collaborate closely with Client Services, Inventory Management, and Product teams to ensure the success of every advertising campaign. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing third-party tools to verify that creatives meet our advertising specifications.
  • Scheduling both direct-sold and programmatic campaigns within Roku's proprietary OMS and external ad servers.
  • Validating and monitoring Nielsen Digital Ad Ratings data to confirm accurate audience targeting.
  • Generating comprehensive reports to assist Senior Ad Ops Associates and Account Managers in making informed campaign optimization decisions.
  • Delegating tasks to the outsourced trafficking team while ensuring exceptional execution.
  • Contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth for Roku.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital ad operations or quality assurance within a publishing, ad tech, agency, or ad network environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and a deadline-driven approach.
  • Experience in display and video advertising, particularly with premium publishers or agencies.
  • Familiarity with IAB VAST and experience with Google Ad Manager.
  • Experience managing Direct IO and Programmatic campaigns.
