Essential Job duties include the following:

  • Answer incoming calls for the department and route to the appropriate person;
  • Coordinate and maintain employee records;
  • Fulfill supplies requests for facility operations;
  • Assist with special projects as assigned;
  • Data entry into company payroll/HRIS system
  • Assist with general questions about HR Policies and procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of clients;
  • Strong analytical capability;
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
