We are seeking a Sales Administrative Support to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events with prospective clients
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Maintain record of client contact information
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Oversea and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Establish sales territories, quotes and goals for the sales team
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration, sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
