**Position Summary**

This position partners with the sales organization and is responsible for assisting in business development activities, including prospecting, sales lead follow-up and the management of customer needs and services and with internal resources on pricing requests, contracts, SLA’s and escalations** **in the Central Division (Ohio, Indiana, Texas)

This role's hourly rate is $19-$23

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities May Include**:

- Assists Sales Representative in pre-sale process by conducting initial research/discovery/assessment and research related to pitch deck and proposal.
- Supports the development of memoranda and documents outlining prospect’s challenges, pain points and opportunity analysis.
- Secures pricing information.
- Creates PPT decks with Sales Reps for clients and prospects.
- Completes debriefs with Sales Rep after research and analysis.
- Addresses current customer environment/contact changes in business, additional locations, etc.
- Verifies accuracy in system and then onboards users (client) to customer portal and conducts training as needed.
- Serves as primary contact for customer issues and assists with any future client needs related to account after product is installed and contract is activated.
- As requested, maintains relationship with customer, manages escalation issues and participates in QBR meetings with customer.
- Provides master price quotes for transactional items based on customer needs.
- Full understanding of: Dynamics, CPQ, eAutomate, Smartsheet, proprietary Flex Tools (portal, reports, etc.)

- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have a driver's license with clean driving record
