Sales Administrative Support

We are seeking a Sales Administrative Support to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events with prospective clients
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Maintain record of client contact information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Oversea and coordinate the sales team activities
- Establish sales territories, quotes and goals for the sales team
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration, sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
