Description

  • Engage with both B2B and B2C customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and provide expert advice on headers, exhaust systems, and other aftermarket accessories and components.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, including technical specifications and performance benefits of headers, exhaust systems, etc.
  • Assist in internal product training and development, as well as the creation marketing materials and technical documentation for distribution to customers.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new products, and competitors to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers before, during, and after the sale.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
  • Ability to travel to trade shows, car meets, and other events to showcase products and engage with potential customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably specializing in aftermarket exhaust
  • Strong understanding of automotive performance parts and their applications.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical specifications and performance data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office, ERP/and or CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certifications or additional training in automotive technology or performance parts is a plus.
