Position Overview

  • Interact with both B2B and B2C clientele through various communication channels to identify their requirements and offer specialized guidance on headers, exhaust systems, and other aftermarket components.
  • Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the company's product range, including technical details and performance advantages of headers, exhaust systems, and related products.
  • Contribute to internal product education and development, as well as assist in the creation of marketing collateral and technical documentation for customer distribution.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging products, and competitor activities to provide precise and timely information.
  • Deliver technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales efforts, and follow-up activities utilizing CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel to trade exhibitions, automotive gatherings, and other events to promote products and connect with prospective customers.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in the automotive sector, ideally with a focus on aftermarket exhaust systems.
  • Solid understanding of automotive performance components and their applications.
  • Capability to comprehend and articulate technical specifications and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office, ERP, and/or CRM software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Certifications or further training in automotive technology or performance components is advantageous.
